What bottle size should I order first?

As fragrances are subjective, and personal preferences vary, we recommend ordering in smaller quantities your first time, to ascertain the fragrance suits your needs. We offer several sample packs in 25ml bottles to best serve this purpose. Click here.

Where can I find the regulatory documentation?

Each fragrance page includes regulatory documentation which are in PDF format, for ease of printing and filing.

What products are your fragrances suitable for?

All of our fragrances are suitable to use in a variety of home and personal care products. Please refer to each individual fragrance’s International Fragrance Association (IFRA) statement for suggested usage guidelines, found under our regulatory documentation section for each fragrance.

What percentage of fragrance should I use in my product?

Please refer to the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) statement, including the category details, for suggested usage level guidelines. This can be found under our regulatory documentation section for each fragrance.

Note: Standard candle fragrance usage levels typically vary between 1-10%. Please use at your discretion.

What makes the Natural fragrances natural?

Our natural fragrances are formulated with all natural ingredients. Please refer to our natural statement and the International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredient (INCI) document found under our regulatory documentation section for each natural fragrance.

Why is my fragrance bottle not filled to the top?

Fragrances may fluctuate in fill levels due to a variation in specific gravity. Fragrances 2 Order Inc. uses each item’s specific gravity to calculate the appropriate fill level needed.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 3 - 5 business days if submitted correctly.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Our default shipping agents are Purolator, DHL, FedEx and UPS.

Do you do drop shipping?

No. Our fragrances are exclusive to and fulfilled by Fragrances 2 Order Inc.
