All orders must be made on our website at Fragrances2Order.com and we reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Discounts or special promotions that were not active at the time of your purchase, cannot be applied at a later date.

Once your order has been placed, no changes or cancelations can be made. We are not to be held responsible for loss of product due to shipping errors or any delays in delivery.

Be sure to include the correct address, including unit/apartment/suite numbers, as we claim no responsibility for incorrect shipping information. We do not ship to PO boxes. Any custom or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Although it is our intention to present the most up to date and accurate information on our website, in the event that there is an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order and will not be bound by that error. You will be notified if this should occur.
