Shipping Policy
Our default shipping agents are:
1. Purolator
2. DHL
3. FedEx
4. UPS
You will be given the choice at checkout. Once you check out, shipping agents cannot be changed.
We do not profit on shipping costs. We have chosen suppliers which offer us a discounted rate, that is then passed on to our customers. Please note that all shipping estimates are given at check out. These prices are based on volume and weight. We reserve the right to change shipping costs due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, someone from our team will contact you and approval by you will be needed before your items ship. We allow 24 hours for a response. If we do not hear back from you your order will be canceled.
All orders ship from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Currently we ship across Canada and the USA.
Fragrances 2 Order Inc. accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed orders during shipping. These are all situations that will have to be corrected with the shipping company directly. We do not ship items with insurance. This is an option you will have during the shipping portion at checkout.
Due to different weather conditions across North America, we suggest leaving your products at room temperature for at least 24 hours before opening them. Also, giving them a quick stir will help, if need be. Fragrances 2 Order Inc. will at no time refund the cost of shipping or freight on any items that may be delayed beyond our control.
Please note that once your package has been sent out for shipping it becomes the property of the shipper. If your package says it was delivered but you have yet to receive it, please contact the shipping company directly.
Please note we do not ship to PO box addresses. If an order is placed online with a PO box number it will appear to have been processed, however you will be contacted by a representative of Fragrances 2 order Inc., at which time you will need to provide a ground shipping address or your order will be canceled.
At Fragrances 2 Order Inc. we strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible, so we do not include a paper invoice with our shipments. You will be emailed an invoice after your order is placed (please allow up to 24 hours) which can be used for your records. Also, note that all of our regulatory documentation will not be included in your shipment. These documents can be found on our products’ pages, where you will have the option to print copies.
Some orders will be subject to a validity check. Please be sure to include the correct phone number and email address so there are no delays in shipping your order.
